Does a person who entered Poland after February 24 and now applies for a national visa still have all the rights under the Special Act?

Merely obtaining a Polish national visa and a subsequent entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland on the basis of such a visa does not deprive one of the previously acquired rights under the Special Act. It should be noted that these rights are denied to Ukrainian citizens leaving the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period exceeding 30 days.

However, if a Ukrainian citizen re-enters after this period from the territory of Ukraine to Poland (even if not directly) in connection with an armed conflict, then the rights under the Special Act may be acquired again automatically.
