I agreed to make the apartment available to mothers with children from Ukraine for a limited period of time. What contract to sign with them and for how long to be binding?

A popular solution used by apartment owners to secure possible eviction is the conclusion of an occasional lease agreement. However, it is possible that people fleeing Ukraine will not be able to sign such an agreement, e.g. due to the lack of documents or the possibility of indicating an alternative place of residence. If the premises are made available free of charge, you can sign a lending agreement. The length of the contract depends on the will of the parties.
