I am from Uzbekistan, I have permanent residence in Ukraine. The husband is a citizen of Ukraine and lives in Germany. Can I come to Poland and go further to Germany to my husband?

According to the EU Council Executive Decision, this decision applies to family members of Ukraine, i.e. spouses and minor children.

So if you are in Ukraine and you had to leave Ukraine due to an armed conflict, yes, you will be able to cross the border of the Republic of Poland and go to Germany to benefit from temporary protection there. It is worth having a marriage certificate with you when crossing the border and a copy of the document confirming that your husband, who is a Ukrainian citizen, has the right to stay in Germany.
